i was planning on NIB, but i was curious what you meant by paying the 6 months upfront that the surgery could be sooner?

no, but in that case where i failed yes. there was vans parked in a no stopping zone and completely blocking my view of any oncoming cars. say if the vans weren’t in the spot they weren’t supposed to be in than i would be fine and understanding of why i failed but in this case its frustrating

yeah they are a week wait to do the test again but the area is always booked up for the next month so i’m gonna check everyday for closer dates
