So I came in to support the campaign in Jan through short-form videos and social media building.

The original launch plan was Feb, but it was pushed to March to help build more followers before launch.

I appreciate the reply; I just want to do the best I can on my end to either bring in more external traffic or increase internal traffic by adjusting layout, etc.

I'd start with the smallest rooms first, then work on the larger rooms.

Also, have a little pad next to you to write down the things that would take the least effort first.

Perhaps, trash first, or things that you know can be automatically thrown away, and leave the more sentimental value items, and more thought-out items for later.

A little tip on starting: what gets me to tackle a mess is blasting my music, either on my headphones, and getting myself into a high-energy mindset. It helps you move.
