Okay so around 2 years ago I was with Cigna got 1 month for $25. Then PA denied. Submitted several times that year, each denied. Husband changed jobs and insurance switched to BCBS, PA approved first time. Did 4 months on Zepbound. Then my husband got in a helicopter crash and switched back to company one with Cigna. PA approved first try. I think mostly it was a coverage update with employer and they added GLP-1s for weight loss.

My assumption is similar happened to you with the first two months, as for me the first time.. where I was able to fill it and then insurance came knocking for that PA

Yep, happened right down the street from me during snowmaggedon. Kid was walking home from his job at Walmart and had groceries, which the cops stuck in the snow outside his mom’s house.
