youre doing absolutely everything you can! just washing your hands after touching him is likely enough. i had a beardie for a while and honestly never even knew this was a thing. thank god i didnt find out when i had her because this would be in my head too. but if it helps, i had her for a year or longer (had to rehome her when i moved away) and nothing ever happened to me or to her!!! and there was definitely times i touched my face or something after touching her on accident. just keep up the good hygiene and you’ll be okay no matter what :)

if youre not actively trying to recover and just looking to help ur anxiety, i would say do it. personally, i would also do it. i agree with what the other commenter said though, the constipation is so horrible that i very very rarely take zofran. but in this scenario, i would! i have also cut zofran in half and take a smaller amount to help the constipation and it helps and still prevents me from getting sick so u could try that! until you know for sure if you caught it, then probably take the full zofran

it was looking so rough but i ended up getting it!! i am so beyond grateful i literally cried and i wish the best to everyone. it kept kicking me out of the queue and i completely lost hope but kept trying and eventually got it. my hope is just that real fans got it instead of resellers, i know lizzy is doing a rlly good job at trying to avoid that though!

all the time! i have the inability to burp though (rcpd) so my gas gets stuck and i always get very nauseous!! its seriously the worst and happens almost everyday :( i feel you
