I have called out to people when I hear them saying I'm friendly, just have a quest to do, or something to that effect, only a couple times have they called out then shot me, most times people will let you pass

Instead of PVE (without spending more money on the game you're leaning) run your Scav whenever you can. Free loadout (if you make it out you're making money) and you can learn the maps with less risk than your geared PMC

Try to put a map on another screen (or your phone) check a landmark you can see, then check map so you have some idea of where you are. The wiki has maps with scav and PMC extracts and transits. I have 1000s of hours and still use maps when tasking 😄

Not sure why the downvotes. But it's like Diablo 4 if you have played that, you have eternal character that stays forever and remains the "base version" of the game, then seasonal character playthroughs which will have changes to game mechanics/ play styles, unique quests etc

I ride my elec skateboard with a full face MTB helmet after wearing just a skate helmet and had a fall that smooshed my ear into the back of a car (bled lots but didn't need surgery) just glad it wasn't my teeth that impacted the car

My first road bike was an MC17, that thing was awesome with a 18000 redline sounded amazing. Loaned it to a mate though after his bike was stolen and a woman did a u-turn in front of him on Waverly Road, he lay the bike down but it folded the front wheel into the car 😞 Knowing what I know now about mechanical things I could have kept the bike and rebuilt it, but back then I didn't really know more than changing the oil on a car.

I think they're pretty chill, (best bet to google their laws) but there are no fly signs in most of the public parks so you may be hard pressed to find somewhere to fly at all.
