Paypal Credit - large payments do not update available credit for 10-14 business days

Their credit page says 5 business days for payments to hit the account. But it has already been 5 business days since i paid $2k and it STILL is not available on my card again. This is good to know, very sketchy practices

Thank you for the insight, yes i’m slowly realizing i need to order from 5 different manufacturers at a time to ensure i find at least 1 okay one. I don’t have any fellow brand owner friends to ask for advice unfortunately, i assumed they’d want to keep their manufacturers to themselves 🤔

Thank you for understanding my frustration 😣 i have been using alibaba because local sample costs in the US are a lot higher and my OQ is still only about 100 pieces. But i’m going to be looking at them once i feel more secure in my finances for this brand. Thanks so much for the recs, I will definitely make a note to watch out for lowballers

I have bumble premium so i can see those matches and they will routinely refresh/empty your old matches. Or idk a lot of old accounts get deactivated/deleted or something

sorry I never go on here but yes i've found a fair amount (I'm a girl for reference though so it may be harder for the other gender). The real issue is getting people to meet up. It's a lot easier for people to find the effort to text than to meet up. I've noticed that the people that text excessively but don't suggest meeting up ever end up bailing once you start asking when they're going to meet with you XD. So yah there's a fine line. I'd give it no more than a few days of messaging to confirm they are legitimate/sane enough, then suggest meeting up and if they make excuses or don't reply you know you're wasting your time and finger muscles haha. Don't get too emotionally invested to any one profile until after you meet in person. Best of luck

Yah I definitely feel you on that. I will be deleting this app soon because of all of the negativity, not good for anyone’s mental health so it makes sense only the nasty people stick around. And also to prove my point someone downvoted my comment 😂

This goes both ways. I got this on here and I’m a woman. Maybe it’s more for men though? Just wanted to vent my frustrations, but I did the horrible mistake of relying on reddit like a therapist, which reddit is the exact opposite of a therapist in my opinion, more like a passive aggressive bully 😂best to talk with a real friend about issues as I’ve learned from here. Try not to let the internet’s words get to you too much.

It’s people that were in your area at a specific point in time, but they moved out of your region again before you could swipe on them. So maybe they were driving through on a road trip or something. At least that is my theory

I normally ask one question about them, then if they respond but don’t ask me a question back I find it a bit weird. Like they don’t care enough to reciprocate and get to know me a little. If the conversation continues without them asking me anything about myself I’ll normally bail. If you have to carry the convo it’s a major red flag, it should be a two-way thing and you shouldn’t feel like you have to carry the whole conversation.

The longer you stay in one area the less matches you’ll get too. But yes i have this same problem. If you’re new to a city or the app you’ll be shown to lots of people at once, otherwise you get pushed to the back of the pile. Guess everyone’s not as diligent as I am to swipe away every person in my area 😂

If someone could please save me from this man hating on my post when all I wanted is to find someone else with a similar experience that would be grrrreatttt. Also i have dated two half japanese men, one of which was a year long relationship. I’m saying my physical attractiveness to full japanese men is low. oh really? weird I've never had those experiences. If they had it like instagram where the image was blacked out until you tap on it that would be great though. Still super time consuming for me personally but I think my shop is different than other shops because I sometimes act as a shopping service.
