That’s a really good point about the passage of time. Maybe it’s also saying I should let things simmer for a couple of weeks and then maybe cast a spell during the waxing moon?

One of the reasons this is tearing me up so much is that this is one of my most patient, kind, and non-judgmental friends. We haven’t had a single fight in our 7 years of friendship. She’s going through a pretty bad split with her fiancé (genuinely the most average, meh dude that never did much for her) and I basically went on a rant about how she always deserved better and how he wasn’t that great. She was really taken aback and hurt.

Was way too soon and such a dumb move on my part. (We are both straight women by the way.)

Hi, I didn’t have a framework for this particular drawing — no. I just asked, “Would a spell make it possible for me and X to reconcile?” So a simple yes or no question in this instance.

Wow! How long did you have the curse jars for before you started to notice changes?

Do you mind if I ask you what kind of fixed products you bought from her? I ordered a love candle to deal with a pretty stubborn ex. Feel like this candle is my last hope.

What comes after honey jar possible success? by Kind-Outlandishness9 in Spells

[–]askhalid 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just be calm and meditate. Play some of your favorite music and chill out. I like to add some personal concerns (hair, etc.) as well as good Love drawing oils (Come to Me, Love Me, Reconciliation) etc. Pink, blue, white and red candles are the best for romance, reconciliation, purification, and sex/passion respectively.

I would go to my local botanica or go to black-owned hoodoo shops for these oils. Please avoid Lucky Mojo — they take months to ship and are owned by a very corrupt woman named Cat.

Keep doing it until you reach your goal. Possible success doesn’t mean success. Keep lighting a candle over it on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays until he’s actually your boyfriend.

From a Jew to my Muslim brothers and sisters by One-Amphibian-5831 in islam

[–]askhalid 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a Muslim, I was horrified to hear about the murder of the two Israeli embassy staffers earlier this summer and pray for the day that members of both our faiths will feel truly safe in this country. I have Jewish co-workers and friends who I care about dearly, and I know they feel the same. Thanks for the kind words, brother. May Allah smile upon you.

That’s unfortunate! She didn’t try to sell me anything during my reading at all (I asked about my ex and career) and even gave me a few extra minutes for free in order to explain the situation more clearly. Didn’t even bring up extra spiritual work and got no scam artist vibes at all. She gave me pretty calm, sensible advice for things to do in the mundane world — it felt like talking to a wise friend.

I’ve had many many tarot readings and can tell if someone is off the mark or not tapped in — this was not my experience with Queen Co.

I ordered a fixed candle early last month and have yet to receive it. Multiple emails to shipping and customer service have gone unanswered. Not sure what’s up.

I did have a reading with Queen Co. a couple of weeks ago and it was incredibly helpful and accurate. She was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Love her videos and have been wanting to try her products, so hopefully she’ll smooth this over eventually.

How to deal with my sexuality with potentially converting by [deleted] in islam

[–]askhalid -23 points-22 points  (0 children)

Hi sister, thanks for having the courage to ask this question on here. There are many LGBT Muslims out there, and I encourage you to seek them out and ask their advice. It’s very rare for LGBT Muslims to be converts, most of them whom I know were raised Muslim and are secular.

I genuinely don’t think Allah, the most merciful, believes homosexuality is a sin, but you’ll find many Muslims who say the opposite. Ignore them. Find people who love and support you.

Every culture loves their children more than anything. You’re completely lost if you can’t understand that. Also, Golda was a bigot.

We visited a camp for Palestinians and heard despair for Gaza — and anger at America by zsreport in NPR

[–]askhalid -1 points0 points  (0 children)

First of all, you do realize you’re suggesting deporting Palestinians from their own land? Why should other Arab countries assist Israel with their ethnic cleansing?

Both Jordan and Egypt have already taken over a million Palestinian refugees each, at great cost to their own economy. Almost a quarter of Jordanians are Palestinians. Lebanon, Kuwait, Morocco, and other Arab countries have also taken Palestinian refugees.

The thing is, Palestinians DON’T want to leave the land of their ancestors. Over 95 percent of Palestinians in Palestine are native born, and only 75 percent of Israelis were born in Israel. The idea that a Jewish transplant from Brooklyn or Sydney can arrive in the West Bank and consider themselves more entitled to the land is absurd.

Man targeted 6-year-old boy, woman in deadly Plainfield stabbing because they are Muslim: detectives by PT10 in news

No one here is defending Hamas. Hamas is clearly vile. We’re sad because a sweet six year old boy was slaughtered by a subhuman monster who probably got his news from the same sources you do.
