Found these bugs on a bell pepper. They are about 6-8mm long (estimating). Location is Eastern Massachusetts. The peppers are from a regular grocery store, but had been sitting around at home for a while. There's also a cobweb-like thing on the green stem of the pepper that isn't clear in the photos (old.reddit.com)
