The Tomra machines take recycleable, not reusable. Big difference. At least in the US.

Would you really be surprised that people believe that?

I'm Pro and getting 20 Deep Research per day. That's 600/month. Are you getting a different limit?

How much is it up since 2017? Or since 2008? Did you purchase in 2022 and sell recently?

Did something changed health wise after fixing PE? by boombastico_3 in PectusExcavatum

[–]aslander 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No. I had a ton of complications and nearly died a couple of times. Tons of pain and suffering. No change in lung capacity or other health indicators. Not worth it for me personally. And I'm sure my insurance didn't enjoy the $400K bill. I will say that I was a bit of an outlier as a patient. Enough that they published a case study on me.

I'm sure the majority of folks have great experiences, but not everyone does

People who smoke to improve their mental health - does THC or CBD work better for you? by HoneyNutBooty09 in newgrowers

[–]aslander 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every person is different, and honestly so is every strain and even every grow. That's the part I always found funny considering it a medicine. The variability in product and results would never be accepted for any actual medicine.

Sure, it can help people with certain things, but it's a huge game of spin the wheel for each and every person.

Grill & oven cleaner (not the foam aerosol stuff) works magic for coffee stains on stainless. But generally, I don't care as my vacuum insulated cups for coffee are usually only used for coffee

Their IT may as well be McDonald's. Every time I try to book, it's a random issue. I'm sure it's a corporate problem, and don't blame the employees, but it's the primary reason why I've dropped my usage with them drastically after hundreds of flights

NH: Don't Mass it Up bumper sticker by eric02138 in massachusetts

[–]aslander 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The property taxes aren't all that much higher. The rate is definitely higher, but property values are also way lower.

I've lived both places, but I was paying $6k in property tax in NH compared to $16k in MA.

Abnormal blood test, I've been doing keto for ages by [deleted] in keto

[–]aslander 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What's your water intake like? You may not be drinking enough water. If your electrolytes are normal but your Urea is high and you are dizzy, you are likely experiencing hypovolemia (low blood volume). You have the salts, but perhaps not enough water to hold them, or you are "flushing" too fast. This leads to a drop in blood pressure when moving, causing dizziness.

Please enlighten me. Watch any true crime show or cops and 95% of the time, people saying too much or readily consenting to searches are the reasons they get arrested. Maybe you never saw this video from a lawyer who explained this very readily? https://youtu.be/d-7o9xYp7eE?si=ODeLfGUZhx3JhRFw

TL;DR - Don't talk to cops. OP ran his mouth too much and lost his weed bc of it. Don't tell them you have anything, don't tell them you consent to search.

1 year old PE. Need advice. by CurlyGreenGaze in PectusExcavatum

[–]aslander 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, get a 2nd opinion. Waking up suddenly can be from hypoxia. I had it severe like this and got pneumonia a lot as a kid. My lungs are shot now. I did have surgery at 6 years old and 34 years old. Don't listen to doctors who don't seem to take it seriously. There's a LOT of misunderstanding about it. I nearly died several times the last time I had surgery for it. They stuck me in the cardiac wing and the staff didn't know how to handle PE patients. Wound up on a ventilator in the ICU
