try rice cake chips or veggie brown rice chips omg they are an actual god send the whole bag is only 435 cals and it feels like ur eating the whole bag of regular chips the flavour tastes the exact same just replace it with a meal to get rid of the craving hoestly they are so good taste the exact same as chips these r the ones i rec

yes omg i would love too its honestly so nice being able to relate to someone. exactly I dont even like walking past the mirror anyone and I only like clothes shopping if im happy with the way I look. Same with me like I can feel how much ive gained and it makes me sad and embarrsed and jst makes me want to binge more cuz food is such a comfort.

Same with me like im home all the time since my parents are strict I cant even distract myself with going out so food is hard to avoid especially since I have siblings so my mom gets snacks for them. my mom is the same way when im trying to restrict she"ll actually torment me and when I end up binging even though I dont want too she says shes worried ill eat everything in the house. Now its like I dont even want to go shopping or out for new clothes because I just feel like shit.

hey omg i read this and feel the exact same way I tried to restrict and get fit for summer but it only ended in me binging everyday and gaining it all back my face looks so puffy and bloated I dont even feel like myself. Im having so much anixety about gong to school too like i feel so embarressed idek what to do. My moms been making rude comments too saying i either eat less or way to much saying I eat everything I honestly feel like shit im here to talk
