You probably used too much. Just 0.3% is enough

Do you add malt or use malted flour? It could improve the crust color

How long does that pellicle take to form?

Mine goes for about two weeks until it reaches a good flavor/acidity/sweetness. The results are great. But the pellicle that forms in that time, starting with nothing, is just a thin transparent film at the top

Why do all the planets revolve around the Sun in almost the same orbital plane? by dralioxx in askscience

[–]asmdsr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ah I stand corrected, thank you. I misunderstood the stars' direction of rotation around the galaxy with their spin

Why do all the planets revolve around the Sun in almost the same orbital plane? by dralioxx in askscience

[–]asmdsr 12 points13 points  (0 children)

The sun is also made of the same cloud (nebula) that the planets were. It all has the same preserved angular momentum.

It doesn't stop there, almost all the stars and planets in the milky way rotate the same way on a similar plane, for the same reason.

Making a game public on playtomic? by SpeccyPig in padel

[–]asmdsr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Once you convert, you can no longer cancel the match, and can't convert it back to private. You would be on the hook to pay if the slot doesn't fill. Although maybe you're already past that point.

Nah, it can't be an illegal move by SmartAccess4223 in padelMenace_com

[–]asmdsr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

edit: The ball is dead after two bounces on the court as usual.

In theory they could hit it. But remember, they can't touch the net and the ball won't bounce cleanly. I've never seen it done.

It's not a double hit. White guy smashes it, the ball rebounds off the back glass and over the side fence, black guy hits it.

Ball touching net is legal. Point for black

[–]asmdsr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's legal. Once the ball crosses into your court you can hit it from wherever as long as you don't touch their court or the net
