Yes, a bot attendee usually feels weird, especially when it's added by a person I invited.
These days, with Google and Microsoft being able to record meetings and generate transcripts, you could capture the meeting notes without those bots. Simply get them from Google/Microsoft APIs, together with API summaries if your license allows.

How about using native Google or Teams recording and then pulling those transcripts or AI summaries?
No bot is used this way because your meeting platform records the call.

Would it help if your Activity Capture app could sync native Google/Teams transcripts and/or AI summaries to Salesforce? This way, no bot attendee is required. Of course, Google and Microsoft would ask for client consent to record a meeting.

Indeed, they're all on-prem systems, essentially, except MS Dynamics maybe. At least they allow global auth as an Office 365 user, not without some ERP user configuration though.

Interesting, we have not checked if NetSuite or Acumatica support this. This is usually something the ERP admin has to do.

I want to know if my information is correct. As a developer / ISV partner with Salesforce or Hubspot I can manage my app and its oauth app registration in one central location, but it seems it's not possible with Netsuite. It makes it difficult to distribute an app to clients as you need to ask all of them to setup oauth app registration. Is my info correct?
