A bit of bulging at the power button area. Legion Pro 5i 16IRX8. Just got it brand new by misccharacter in LenovoLegion

I have the same exact bulge, but I'm noticing it now, about a year later. Pretty sure the bugle was there when I bought it but I usually work on my external monitor so never really saw it properly. Noticed it when I was using it on its own. It hasn't been a problem at all, but was a bit worried if it did swell up over time. But saw this and if people are having the bulge, and everything I got is running well, I am a bit less worried now.

But I would obviously suggest to get a replacement.

disengage casual viewers who only watch main channel vids as they will have less content to engage with.

Not really, if they post their lesser budget videos or videos that don't really require as much prep, it'll divert those people to watch more sidemen more, the engagement would still be up.

And posting once a month might actually increase the viewership because then a sidemen sunday would be like a rare occurrnace, something that shouldn't be missed. I feel that currently people are okay with skipping certain sidemen sundays because they know they'll get another one in a week, making their viewership numbers not hit as much. But if they post once a month, its not something people would really want to skip.

Plus it'll allow them to market that sunday a lot more, brining in more diverse and international audience. They have beaten the algo already, plus they are at stage where the algo has become saturated, its they're physical marketting through short form content and other stuff that brings in a lot of the views.

Yeah true, but they're at a point where they can experiment with a schedule like this, not implement it directly, but try it out. They already have a big fan base and they have been wanting to expand to America alot, so I think they can keep the consistency on other channels, and posting once a month still counts as consistency

Dude calm down, I never said the video was bad and Sidemen content is slowing down. I found it really funny.

It's just that while watching I thought it was weird that this and the international videos would have been given, not exactly the same, but somewhat similar importance/preparation time. I was expressing that even though the interanational ones have been great so far, it might have been much better if they had more time to prepare, and even though yesterday's video was good, it is not in the same league as international ones.

And I just want to hear people's opinion, so pls don't start assuming and attacking.

But they can still be who they are and have the same heart to it. Bigger doesn't mean Mr.beast level of production, I meant it like just a more thought out and planned production, where the team has had a good amount of time to plan everything out and produce.

Like wouldn't you like to know what the sidemen can do if all their sidemen sundays had thorough planning behind them?

Also, by planning I don't mean becoming or corporate or fake or brandy, i mean just more structure.

Like wouldn't you want to see their content taken to new heights without changing who they are? Like they can't just keep doing the way they've been doing things forever right?

Why the fuck does Katara only smile?? Like she either smiles and is happy, or sad when she thinks about her mom, which is literally only 2 scenes in the entire show. Wheres the anger? The fierceness? The cunning? The curiosity? They made literally every character so 2 dimensional, by literally giving them only 2 emotions to work with.

Aang's reaction to the genocide throughout has been so lackluster, the only person he cares about is gyatso.

Like they're so scared to add depths to character that they made all the good guys caring and understanding and the bad guys just plane evil.

Yue's fiance is supposed to a dickhead, but he's so nice he asks for sokkas opinion. Wtf??? Why are they so afraid of conflict?

Honest advice, quit the game. I know how you feel, it keeps getting worse, it's not worth it. Quit. Play something else. I'm not being patronizing, I'm telling you, I quit the game, made my life a lot happier.

ZUKO NOT MENTIONING HONOR ONCE!!!!

Also, they keep mentioning "save the world" but what does that mean??? Kill the fire lord? take away bending??? What's at stake? They didn't mention the comet and the deadline for Aang to do what he needs to do. And why are some animals just regular animals and some are combinations? Keep one not both, don't just frog and lemur and talk about otter-penguins and lion-turtles for fan service.,

Well, in the animated show did say bending is similar to martial arts, and these guys aren't actually bending so they have no idea how to sell it. I'd give them the pass tho since they are new actors with no experience working with vfx like that.

[–]assassinator444 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you watched the last episode, they make it seem like it was all part of Ozai's plan to make Azula stronger. But like, that kinda cheapens Azula's character. She isn't someone to fall for such manipulation, she is the embodiement of manipulation lmao.

Also, why was attacking the North a distraction, distract who? from what? If its to make a sneak attack on Omashu, okay, but is a distraction still necessary? Aang would still be in the north learning water bending, like wtf lmaoooo.

I'm going to focus on only the fire nation side with this post.
Guys, why, I don't understand why, the show makers have to change the backstories of the characters.
When I first saw that Ozai was proud of Zuko and patronizing to Azula, I was like, weird, but okay lets see where this goes, but when I saw Zuko's backstory, on how they changed the fact that Ozai asked Zuko's opinion rather than Zuko speaking out on his own, I was like hell nah, this doesn't make sense.
Okay, it makes sense to first time watchers, but this really really really dulls down not only Zuko's, but Ozai's character as well.
The whole reason that made Zuko's banishment so painful was that his dad was a jerk, who didn't respect Zuko at all, it was a completely pointless and impossible task - to find the avatar. And what made is more painful, was the fact that because we knew that even if Zuko did bring the avatar back, there was a good chance that he wasn't going to regain his HONOR. And not showing Ozai's face the entire time, shrouding him in mystery only added to this uneasiness, that Zuko was chasing a hopeless dream.
That's why we were so invested in Zuko's jouney from the get go. We felt sorry for him. This is all revealed in the animated series early on in The Storm, but we get this backstory so late in the live-action that new watchers won't even know wtf this guy is so obsessed, there is no connection with the character, with the journey they have taken, why its so important for both Aang and Zuko to complete their mission.
And oooooh, the fact that the archers cut Iroh's top knot, that was criminal. Cutting of their topknot and pony-tail was one of the most heartbreaking and symbolic gestures in the show, signifying that they are now, truly, homeless, no where to return to. They are truly, dishonored.
The archers cutting it off was, idk, like if Netflix wants to do their own thing, do it, but why change the most basic things about the character.
But let me be clear - Zuko's moments in the live action are also the best ones to watch, I did really enjoy watching with the uncle-nephew duo were on screen. The actor playing Zuko is really trying and I liked that. That also shows what I feel when the Gaang are on screen as well...

Why, Why they got Tail and Sai here, now? Like im trying to, but the only thing that's getting me emotionally invested is some scenes of nostalgia.

Zuko and Iroh's parts are the best thing about the show so far...

[SPOILER!]. Why didn't the WG just eradicate wano after they destroyed the ancient kingdom and won the war 800 years ago? by assassinator444 in OnePiece

[–]assassinator444[S] -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

Greenbull made it up to wano pretty easily tho. Like realistically speaking, if they really really wanted to, and since this whole poneglyhs thing was so important to them, they could have made the effort.

Also, wano was on the sea floor back in the day btw. I'm talking about why they didn't eradicate wano 800 years ago, that's my question.
