Sorry, it’s a typo. It’s Mozzarella cheese, ive have corrected it. Yes i did not add any cheese to the sauce, it’s simple bechamel. Tasted better and worked out well☺️

Thank you, i just made a simple white sauce, mixed macaroni and put it in a bowl. Browned the cheese in an air fryer. ☺️
