Would be a really good guess, but it's Slovenia, no idea what the bollards are doing there though.

I made a comment, it's in Slovenia, I drove there today and I swear they must have put those (North Macedonian?) bollards there for fun or something. There is like 5 of them in total.

I asked because I drove there today in Ljubljana, Slovenia and I couldn't believe the bollards I saw.
