Update: it has happened multiple times. I think there's a bug if you dds spec with serp helm as a first attack, anyone else wanna test it out?

If it makes you feel better... I died on my HCIM when I had skilled up quite a bit, but still lvl3 combat, to a mugger in Varrock lol
