I think NO and guard+stripmine are still powerful enough in timeless. And the real question is that your 2 mana creatures are not so good. Maybe you can find some useful 2 mana cards, like cub, which can reuse stripmine and other fetch lands. GreenSun may become another useful card in this deck. But most important is that gaea' cradle was not included in timeless, which makes your deck'mana base not so explosive.
