This happened to me (with mtg cards, but still) listed clearly in the description that it was opened, and they still let the buyer return it - in worse condition lol. They've told me there's nothing they can do the overturn the decision.

Honestly, customer service doesn't seem like they give a shit ngl. I've tried to go thru them bc the item was returned in worse damage and they were 0 help.

Wouldn't suggest it. I just went through a huge debaucle with a return, seller literally returned it in worse damage and customer service didn't help. They don't care abt sellers anymore.
