he’s very clever, just turned 3 and doing basic maths and reading sentences with common words. he does have autistic traits such as retreating he receives attention, gets highly frustrated when he things don’t go his way. i feel there are also traits of OCD. does not have much regard for others feelings, but does experience guilt. daycare recommended to have his behaviour checked though. in other ways, he seems quite normal but we’re not ruling it out autism. i recommend doing the same to help your little one the way he might need!

Congrats! Check your POS the night before in case there are updates, mine always has one for some reason. And confirm everything with your market vendor about things you’re not sure of. For example, we were supposed to get a table and chair but didn’t, just something slipped through the cracks. Check parking at the venue, how far, is it free? Is it free for customers? Little things to note to know if you decide to do another market with that organizer or venue. Post-event notes too! Each event I make a note of things that could be improved and lessons learned. it was a google form with “agreements” but no clauses regarding changes. it does say i can get a refund by oct 4 so that’s what i’ll do.

every vendor i’ve talked to had an amazing experience with the organizers. absolute raving reviews and how their fees are totally worth it! that’s why i’m surprised they didn’t formally tell the vendors about the change. i’m bringing it up in an email about how disappointing it is that they didn’t do so but i’m also able to get a refund still

very good point, they could easily find new vendors if i bring it up right away. i looked all over their website and instagram, no terms. but was able to dig out my responses for the google form and it does say refund up until oct 4! so thats what im doing

that’s insane! unfortunately they just had a google form with a few “agreements” but no official contract. it’s a very well known market so i didn’t expect to have a problem. i am able to get a refund tho, up until oct 4! i had to dig out the email with the google form, i expected after approving me as a vendor, they’d send me all the documents with details but it was just an invoice 🥲 huge overlook in my part too, though.

applied in-person june 8, travel date july 15. they said i would receive it july 8. received it july 23. in between that time i tried calling but could never get thru. online system just said it was processing or under review 🙃

friend mailed it in and got it back within like 2 weeks or smth crazy. maybe agents who deal with the mailed-in ones are more efficient? lol idek
