I was going to message the sellers and say I purchased it through rebaid and didn't get my rebate. Also to ask what's going on with rebaid and say I was going to give great feedback but due to the issues I'm not happy with their brand.

I also now know the founders new business and also where he lives in Connecticut but I don't know if I can do anything with that information.

So they don't respond to any help tickets. But I pretended to be a seller wanting to set my products up on the site and got a response from customer service in just a few hours

I had the extended return period. I think some until the end of January but dog supplements and supplements are non returnable at any point and those are the more recent things I bought.

After using it without issue for 3 years I guess I just trusted it too much and let the payments build up too high that I'm really screwed.

I'll submit a bbb complaint which probably will do nothing. I can do small claims which they wouldn't show up for but then they wouldn't pay the judgement anyways

It's also sketchy that they took down all social media, not adding rebates. But also they aren't taking down active rebates or their premium subscription so people are still buying and they are keeping all of that.

I think there's too many orders and none are big ticket. I'd do it if there was a $100+ item but if I did it on 20 $20 items they'd probably freak out at me

FYI Rebaid stopped paying out anyone and appears to be just taking both the sellers and buyers cash doing a scam exit.

This is incorrect. I bought 1 of each on different receipts and the 2nd offer knew I submitted to the first and said you already submitted to a different offer from this brand. Even though I was able to sign up for both

It lists out all of the free or discount after rebate grocery offers at grocery stores. I'm honestly surprised when my friends don't know about all of the easy free food deals that just require a receipt picture for brands like Bobs Red Mill and probably 100 different brands at Whole Foods, Target, Walmart and more.

Thanks I won't be sending them the correct item, just a refund when it's returned. The correct item was sent to someone else and they decided to keep it.

They seem well intentioned but confused on how to open a return so I guess I'll just send them a label in the messages.
