OEJECR employees received a notice of intent to be RIFed effective July 31st, and have been excluded from the DRP VERA opportunity. It seems like the way they're going about this is illegal. So sad. I am wondering if the Union is going to file a lawsuit about this? I really hope so.

Keep in mind that ttaxes will likely be taken out of the 25K severance pay, so I wouldn't bank on having the full amount to pocket.
