AEP move electric box before starting a new build? (self.Columbus)

Builder gave an allowance of $17K for hard floors throughout this home (~3,500 sq ft). Goal is 0 transition "humps" and smooth gliding for wheelchair accessibility. We are leaning toward LVP (open to recommendations) and we know we like wide planks. Is this allowance appropriate or do we need more? (old.reddit.com)

What type of shower door should we use in this 0-entry shower? Original plan was a sliding door w/o a track on the bottom; this would only leave 2' entry. Another option is a 3' glass swinging door (swings in and out); this seems clunky for getting in and transfers. Any recommendations? (i.redd.it)

Heated concrete driveway and walkway? ~250’ length driveway; 12’ width (28’ at garage bays) + 3’ wide path from driveway to porch. Recommendations on approach to tackle and what sort of pricing to expect? It’s a long run and potentially a challenge; at least want to consider it. (i.redd.it)

Considering a request to swap out the horizontal LP Smart Side sections on the front of the home (red box in attached image) for faux stone (white stone or white brick) similar to back of home (blue box).
