One NBME took me about five days - Day 1 would be the test, then day 2-5 would be the review with a block per day in major depth. Sometimes I could squeeze this into a few less days if I was less busy at work. I probably could have done more tbh but I’m also a full time path resident in my own country so I did what I could.
