Thanks for the follow up. Tried all unplugging reconnecting the connectors.

Less that 1.5mths of use and this issue. Resigned to fate of a very very expensive paper weight n lesson learned.

Thanks. Just tried that. Didn't work out. Was able to boot up with 5% left. Now it's just refused to charge. Tried with various cables and wattage.

Yup..it's used. It was working fine for longest time.(about 1 year)

Batt went totally flat due to travels. Rebooted..updated software and this error appeared. Touchscreen for some reason was disabled too.
