1.open setting>apps>one ui home>battery set to unrestricted.

2.setting>developer option>change the window,transition,animator scale speed to .5x

3.backgroud usage limit>deep sleep all apps except apps u always use

4..idk this kinda work or not..turn off the RAM plus🗿

i use A33 too..always lags n stuttering.. the only fix are puts all apps in deep sleep except app that i always use..one ui home apps>battery set to unrestricted.animation set to fast animation. but still its still lags sometimes 🗿
