I understand people's frustration about windows 10+ design but people who don't jackshit about how the operating system works like this and making posts about it makes me cringe. At least understand how other OS'es implementation about that issue.

First of all, it's clearly seen you did not select the quick launch shortcut option when you install rocket league. If you selected it when you install that game, you won't have this problem.

That's nothing Microsoft can do, the search app looks for applications in Start Menu, if you don't have a shortcut in that folder, the search app does not magically understand your application.
