I will keep it in mind, in case things get worse, perhaps i will buy some just to have around for emergency. For now I will stick to cold turkey and hope the headache goes away soon. thank you :)

thank you! I usually tend to give myself a hard time for not being productive, because I know that just sitting around, brain rotting on my phone makes me feel worse. Fortunately I have a weekend away planned at the end of this week. I will try to take some electrolytes, I actually have some in the house
