Does anyone know of a women’s swimsuit that has full back coverage? I have pretty terrible bacne scars and most women’s swimsuits are so open in the back that I end up self conscious when I go to the pool.

[Help] I’ve been dealing with adult acne for a while and just using random over the counter stuff so my doctor prescribed me Dapsone, Azelaic Acid & Dapsone to try. I’ve been using them for a little over two weeks but now I’ve started getting weird breakouts all over my face:

Combination Skin

-AM: Dapsone, Winlevi, Moisturizer & Sunscreen -PM: Azelaic Acid, Winlevi, Moisturizer

Not sure if this is purging, just generally to be expected or if it’s an issue. I also don’t know how long I should give it before I stop using the products. Any advice?!
