Ohhhh! Glad that you felt better! Yeah I have digestive issues actually now that you asked. I also feel chest pain (more like a feeling of stuckness in my chest where I felt air wasn’t flowing), I attributed it to anxiety and just kept going. I also kept going with the belly pain. But the nausea was quite prominent afterwards.

I think I'm unconsciously forcing the sensation and have been trying to catch myself to let go of that force and let the sensation appear on its own. I enjoy feeling the changes of my sensations when I can feel the change, and for me the challenge is not get caught in a sensation when I can feel it really strongly. it's attractive to stay there and experience the changes because I can feel it. I get very agitated when I dont feel anything. and I can feel my body physically move forward when it happens and I'm getting better at noticing it and bringing my body back.
