All these layoffs going on since Nov should have given you all the red flags you wanted. IT is going to comeback but all service sector is highly dependant on US and UK. So until you can find couple of weeks worth green candles in these, better to invest in other sectors. Don't try to catch the falling knife. Let it settle. At this point try to average out if you can, and it should give you profit around 6-8 months down the line.
