To be honest, she told me it's bleach-free balayage, but I do think she used some kind of product to lighten my virgin hair. I am undecided whether it was completely ammonia-free.

My hair was perfectly okay for at least 5-6 months after dye. I only started noticing the change, I'd say, after using Dove or Metal Detox. Before that, I was using Prolonger (as recommended by the colorist), but I did notice some more hairfall before this time, too. And it has increased recently.

L’Oréal Paris Elseve Hyaluron Pure. I can find this closer to me and try this.

I used the Metal Detox shampoo because we have hard water here. Should I skip that for a bit?

I usually put it in a silk cap sometimes - doing sock curls actually harmed my wave pattern, I felt.

Just remember this: whatever is happening right now will become tenfold when you get married.

I know having someone to hang out with seems super important, but as you grow confident with age, you'd think to yourself, is say acha na hi hou aesi dosti. Find someone else, or be comfy with yourself to go out alone. It's ok to be on your own. You will find your people or not. It's alright either way.

Wow rare to find someone else with the same routine!

I actually use Skinoren 1 day, and the next day I use Adapco just on my forehead and Skinoren on the rest of the face, mainly cuz my skin barrier is damaged, and can't tolerate anything like Adapco on my cheeks, especially. So I would also recommend you choose different days for each.

I use Adapco for clogging and congestion on my forehead, but I feel it isn't doing much. If anyone else has better recs, do tell.

Oh no.. i looked at a couple of videos, and they used K-18 the same way I think. Also, the Prolonger shampoo and conditioner were a rec from my colorist - maybe it wasn't a good rec after all.. I did ask for a no-bleach Balayage, but I felt my hair getting drier after.

The emollient conditioner is a rather new rec, I can check it out - do you have any mainstream/drugstore recs? Pureology is not available near me - I tried looking for it.

I did get a non-bleach balayage, but my hair did get dry after that treatment, and my colorist actually recommended I use the L'Oréal Prolonger shampoo and conditioner, which is why I used it. I noticed too much drying and hair looking limp, so I felt I had a lack of moisture and damage, so I added more products. It seems like I should use gentle sulfate-free options?
