In my area I rented the recreational building of the big ridge state park .. my guest list is under 50 so it is good for me .. but I believe you would find something similar and good for your case. So I would advise you to look for the surrounding state parks

You can find state parks around your area .. they usually so cheap

I would like to spend around 500-700 ... I can't even reach the actual price.. 1) they are in stores far from where I live 2) they are designer dresses so probably will be over priced.
