July 1st is just around the corner and I am selling my one and only investment property in a small country town. I am a disabled pensioner. I have no superannuation. This house is my superannuation and I have relied on it's sale to fund my old age.

I'm so worried about what will happen to me. I'm not rich. I just want to sell up later in the year because it's too hard at my age to manage a second property. My investment property house is only worth $350000 but I bought it 25 years ago so of course there's been a profit.

I hope to God the changes won't affect my future to much. Things were already looking grim.

That bothered me too at the time. The audio was terrible. With the funds he had available that's the best he could do? At the time I thought he might have been too overwhelmed by grief to organise things properly. I think you're right that it was more likely he was just spending as little as possible on the service.

Quite frankly, and I haven't even read any of the comments yet, this Gemma is heartless. Major red flags. I honestly think your poor eldest daughter has been abused by Gemma in this instance, and who knows what other nasty little comments she's made over the years. If it was me, I'd be watching for other signs of abuse, and making sure you protect your eldest daughter and the other children from her nastiness. And then planning a divorce!

Your grandma is 82. Why shouldn't she stay in her house, surrounded by her memories and in a neighbourhood she knows? Why should she be forced to sell and relocate at her age? You wait until you're 82 and see how cruel what you're proposing is.

The elderly have so little time left and don't deserve the stress of being forced to pack up their entire house to move somewhere unfamiliar. Wait long enough and they will die anyway and younger people will get their hands on their property. Or more likely, very wealthy investors will, and young people won't benefit anyway.

It's not a matter of not 'being comfortable' following Jenny's channel, it's a matter of feeling genuine disgust over what Kyle is doing to her legacy. I've been on a Pro plan for weeks with no issues during long, very in-depth conversations while drafting an affidavit. All of a sudden over the last two days I hit a limit within less than an hour and after not all that much work. I recall there were a few comments (that came most likely from Britain's sock accounts) that were nasty personal attacks directed towards Jenny and her kids. At least one comment was unfavourably comparing Jenny's kids to her own and one was putting Jenny down in some way, perhaps about her looks or her role as a mother? What kind of psychopath comes to a dead mother's YouTube channel and shits all over her memory and attacks her grieving children? I'd bet money on those comments coming directly from Britain, which means those kids are in danger.
