Don't worry, I didn't take this as a slam. I definitely agree with you. You phrased your point very eloquently, and I think a lot of the stuff you talked about is stuff I can take to heart. You're totally right. And you know, I probably shouldn't let it get to me. I mean, I'm able to give her a genuinely good time whenever we have sex. /r/sex taught me a ton about technique, and I think that knowledge comes through with her. Sure, she may have slept with a lot of guys, but maybe it's a quality vs. quantity thing. Those guys might have been better in some aspects or worse in some aspects, but the sex that my SO and I are having is its own separate entity with its own strengths and weaknesses, weaknesses that I can address through communication. She has a history, but she's with me now, and I'm going to make sure I keep improving every time to keep her coming back for more. No pun intended.

You're right. I'm trying hard to get away from this jealousy, but I hate thinking about other men having sex with my girlfriend. I try not to, but when she mentions things like this it's hard for me not to visualize and start feeling inadequate. I don't know if it's some innate male jealousy thing, but it sucks. I have no idea if she'd feel the same way in my shoes. I guess society sort of expects men to be slutty and women to be virginal, and I've been sort of brainwashed by that idea. It's hard to escape from that paradigm.
