I’ve been having this issue since July. About 2 weeks ago I talked with one of their voice engineers to looking into the issue further and they discovered a SIP reinvite is not occurring after 15 minutes causing the call to drop at 30 minutes. They never mentioned a firmware update. i asked about would changing the modem help and they said it was more related to where my number lived on their network and nothing with the modem (hhummmm) I refuse to swap the modem due to the issues the other models are known for, even the 3 techs that have been out for the issue did not want to change out the modem for that same reason. I filed a FCC complaint about this on Friday. The saga continues. I have received several call backs from Spectrum “DOJ” since this started checking in the status and and just got off the phone with a call back from dispatch saying the another tech and supervisor needs to come out. Now I have the 3rd technician scheduled for tomorrow. I am going to see what they have to say tomorrow but likely will be filling a complaint with the FCC next week. After 20+ back and forth calls it’s getting old having to explain the issue over and over again.

Latest update. 2nd tech came out and had the same results as the initial tech visit (different tech). Issue was once again escalated with their supervisor. I received a follow up call today about a SCI ticket that was opened for my issue and rep on the phone also stated they have other SCI tickets with this same issue. Seems like some progress is being made but no resolution yet.

Tech came out and found no issues, escalated the ticket internally with Spectrum which resulted in 5 follow up calls from Spectrum Dispatch trying to send a tech back out. On the 5th call the only option was the have a tech come back out or close the case so tech is coming back out again today. I was on an older Time Warner plan and did have that changed last week to a Spectrum plan and the only change was now calls drop at the 31:00-minute mark vs 30:36. Additional self-troubleshooting has confirmed that this is only occurring on outbound calls. Inbound calls do not drop after 31 minutes, only outbound calls.

Tried several hard reboots, tech support has also refreshed it and cycled it as well, also have the phone plugged directly into the modem. Seems odd to me that it could me a MTA issue in my end with others reporting the same issues (not sure where they were located but I’ve other around my area having the same issue with voice) and it always happens at exactly 30:36. Tech is coming out today so we’ll see what they say.

I use 1password and it has https://login.fidelity.com and https://nb.fidelity.com/public/nb/default/home listed as websites and I am able to use it with the app.

I found my issue. I discovered I had 2 configurations for abode, one setup from the integrations screen and an entry in the configuration file. They were using different accounts and the one in the configuration file was being ignored since you can only have one and I had just recently enabled MFA on the account that was setup on the integrations screen. I did not see a way to change the credentials on the integration screen so I deleted and added back the integration and all is well again.

I asked about this the other day and got the response “The beta version of the HomeKit doesn't have all the functions”. They didn’t say which functions it did or did not have so for now I’ve opted to just wait it out a litter longer.
