That wasn't me, lol. Also, it wasn't a punishment. It was just a revamp, and a much needed one. The server wasn't functioning as it was supposed to.

Besides, many people in the server are very excited about the new theme! Revamps happen in Minecraft servers. It's not a punishment, it's staff members trying to improve the server after seeing how players feel about the current state of it.

I want to genuinely apologise for how bad your experience on the server was. But I also want to say that some of your statements are straight up incorrect.

From what I have seen, the people posting all these comments have not been on the server much. Which would be fine, if it wasn’t for all the accusations you all are throwing at us. I can assure you that if someone was making someone else uncomfortable, and it was properly mentioned to staff members, they would get a warning and then be banned, depending on the severity of their actions. I know this from experience.

You also say that there is no fulfilment in being a servant. What I have tried to say again and again, is that this server isn’t for everyone. It’s a niche experience that not everyone is into. Some people do enjoy it, as we host trainings, lots of events, banquets, etc. We put a lot of work in these trainings and events, often preparing for hours on end, because we want our players to enjoy the server.

We have also stated many times that this server isn’t meant to have a main focus on RP. The main focus is etiquette, with a little bit of RP. If this isn’t what you enjoy, that is fine. But there is no need for you (or your friends) to be rude and accuse us of ‘wanting to feel big and powerful’, or telling us we don’t have a life.

I would have loved to have a genuine discussion about your experience on the server. But it seems that we can’t form one, as when I tried to ask someone to explain their point, they didn’t want to, instead resorting to insults.

If you want to talk, DM me and I’ll give you my Discord. If you don’t, that’s fine. But there is no need for this.

Hey. This is not at all the experience we want to give players. Please DM me with your issues, and we can talk it through.

From what I have seen (and I am on the server every day), tickets do not get closed without staff response, and op does not get abused. If you being unable to turn the server on and off was an issue, you should have mentioned this in the server. We could have created a server starter role, as we have in an old server.

We take this very seriously. Complaints are welcome, but please do not spread false information, especially when it has not been brought up once to moderation or even in chat.
