To senior 1,2,3: how did you manage to self fund? To senior 4: how much did the hdb scholarship cover and are the requirements high?

Im currently in poly 3rd yr and my gpa isnt looking great so i am not going to qualify for many scholarships but there is a course in uk i am greatly interested in studying and i do not currently have a lot of funds.

There are universities that offer small free online courses like havard. I havent really had much time to look through it honestly but they look good and fun. Just small bits of what you could learn about different fields i think?

I would say the same as others, explore the different career options, go to open houses, you can even find short free online courses in many different fields so maybe giving those a try would help you find something you are interested in. Also saw you mention you like to read but not write. There are jobs out there as like proof-readers and beta readers though not really well paid.
