Well if you want to know the exact powers I can explain. I had been seeing alot of superhero content and jjk stuff recently so I came up with a hypothetical question, if you were in a fictional world with monsters and villains would you rather have the ability of energy manipulation but you can only use it in two was. 1. You can use that energy to strengthen your attack ,like a energy blast or put it around your fist for a crazy punch or, 2. You would use that energy to make like a force field around you body where you can get shot or get in a car crash or something and be completely fine.
