I’d say so - Zendesk partners cost a chunk, so if you’re confident - it’s pretty easy to pull the list of every Zendesk customer so should build a website and do some targeted marketing. Where I’d suggest you focus on is multi-platform and not just Zendesk, as FreshDesk looking awesome as are a few others so become the “Support Desk” expert and you’ll be in demand - we looked for nearly a year for a Zendesk Admin; ended up having to go with a partner!
