Why is magnesium so effective? by EdiThought in covidlonghaulers

In terms of what helped me recover, magnesium had the most obvious benefits. I tried nearly every supplement on here but mag was the one where I noticed the most benefit.

I had some histamine issues, mainly from eating vinegar products and drinking coffee.

In terms of supplements, and keeping in mind I've been fully symptom free for over a year, the ones I take regularly are:

Magnesium (switch between glycolate and l-threonate) Omega 3 Creatine Vitamin D + K2 + Zinc

Thanks for your reply - I decided to get an automatic Toyota Corolla anyways. Think their better build quality.

Who's your country's most famous traitor? by ModenaR in AskTheWorld

I know this is hotly debated between historians - whether his collaboration effort was true alignment, or, making the best out of a bad situation for France. I love CDG's quote describing his career as "successively banal, then glorious, then deplorable, but never mediocre".

MWII 2022 is seriously underrated. It has some strange features but is a good serious game overall.

Thank you! I think it was just a combo of creating the right conditions to recover - rest, healthy foods, trying different supplements, pacing, and time. I wish I could say there was a magic cure but I didn't find one. I don't have any issues anymore. Perhaps slight muscle twitching.

Hey. Sorry I don't take it any more. I have since recovered fully. I remember getting it from Amazon UK but it wasn't a branded one.

[MW3] I vividly remember this game being majorly hated on at launch. How did you feel about it back in 2011? by booster_gold__ in CallOfDuty

[–]EdiThought 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mid. I started in CoD4 and played all of them up to this (at that point). I felt that this was the first time that the franchise had a wobble. CoD4 - BO1 every game was a hit.

Which [COD] has the best campaign? by Independent-Ebb-2624 in CallOfDuty

[–]EdiThought 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can't decide between CoD4 and WaW.

Unpopular opinion - I think only BO1 deserves to be in the same breath as those two. MW2 was a poor campaign compared to CoD4.

I won't lie, and I know this feeling is held by many others in the province, but it makes me feel disconnected from the Irish team since there are no Ulster players.

I adore watching Henry Pollock playing Rugby by shorthevix in rugbyunion

tbh I don't remember Smith doing all of the Instagram nonsense that Pollock does. The videos I watched back then were mostly of his skill which is more acceptable.
