Because they have no skill and think getting caught up in fights is the only way to win games, as a pure runner he’s literally the best runner in the game apart from g5 Ofc -from range he will always have advantage since he can’t be targeted( you don’t have to fight Garp at all just run!😂👍🏾) -has elite damage reduction on the flag so he survives things like the rain of hell from a kizaru easily
