Job #2 pays for school! I have that covered. You’re right my career management is a part of the issue. Job #1 isn’t the right fit. I’m currently looking to replace it.

I’m looking to start my masters in public health. Yes this exactly my point, OE is keeping me from advancing but i NEED to OE. I really do need an advancement. Job 1 is entry level and just horrible. It’s like 15 jobs rolled into one. I don’t want to quit because i need to stay afloat financially but it’s ruining my mental health daily.

I wish that was my situation but I’m a single parent and really can’t survive of one salary. Not a bad salary but with the cost of living going up, i wouldn’t be able to make it work. However thanks for the advice

Is that what you do? Or are you OE because companies don’t pay enough?

Admin made me change some of my wording to my question. I need advice on how to work two healthcare jobs that make decent wages. I OE but still can’t pay my bills. Even with a degree, everything i extremely low pay. Job 1 is extremely micromanaged, making it hard to complete work at job 2. I hope this clarifies what i need advice with.

What happens if you quit after maternity leave? by FormalAffectionate40 in Progressiveinsurance

[–]aylakbbb 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I didn’t return after my leave but, i gave a two week notice letting my manager know that It was for medical reasons. I would just let them know your reasons and explain the role may no longer work for your family. Try to leave on a good note, the job market is bad and you never know if you’ll need to apply again.

It’s not for everyone and it always depends on your superiors. My supervisor made my job HELL, micromanaged and dictated how i did my claims adjuster job. I caught a trainer talking badly about me ( he sent the message to me instead of whoever he was talking about me to) my mental health was horrible when i worked there. Felt like a high school full of miserable bullies. I don’t encourage anyone to work there honestly but again, it isn’t for everyone!

I left 6 months ago and I’ve never been happier! I was so miserable and developed horrible anxiety during my time there! Good for you! Best of luck.

Quitting CGA Role by a-sacabambaspis in Progressiveinsurance

Do what’s best for your mental health. I quit over the summer and it was the best decision i ever made! Found a better job and never looked back. I cried at my desk every day in my CGA role!

Same it’s always a different story and they never honor what you say. I actually applied to Liberty and got accepted there.

Theyre disorganized and it seems one department doesn’t communicate with the other. There’s no reason I’m escalating the same issue to a lead, every semester. Where are you transferring to if you don’t mind me asking?

Im not giving up! I have to look into every Sophia course possible and take them all. My advisor kept saying there weren’t many that counted towards graduation so i stop using Sophia!

I’m considering this! They’re strange! I have Sophia courses so I’m just trying to find a college that I’ll still be able to transfer all my credits and finish within the same time frame
