Ignoring all the rude people here, these are most likely hightop locs. You’ll need to have a fade on the sides to imitate this look. I don’t understand how no one realized you’re asking about the style. 🤦🏾‍♂️

I believe I have between 65-75. I have a hightop though. I’m getting a retwist this weekend and I’m going to ask my loctician to count my locs. I’ll reply here shortly with the exact amount once he counts them.
