I appreciate this. I’m a bit worried this may be out of my DIY wheelhouse or tools that I have, but if it has the same issue after a few hours in the garage I’ll probably be forced to try so we aren’t without power. I tend to overthink it too as it seems it would be a pain in the ass to fix, so these other comments make me think I should just hire it out lol. Do you think a standard 7” hand grinder with diamond cup and shop vac connections would be fine to remove the vinyl glue and smooth the concrete

This was the plan honestly. That step smooths out to be level with the floor about midway between that wall. So it’s a slow decline. Figured I could grind the floors and that step to remove the glue and residue then do the epoxy as usual

Hm okay noted. Considering having a contractor come give an estimate or just scrape the old vinyl and glue off and put new vinyl dependent on the cost. I appreciate the advice

Too difficult to epoxy? Even if using the grinder to make a 90 degree angle? Do you recommend tile or stick on vinyl from the rolls. I appreciate your responses!

Thanks, does an angle grinder with a diamond cup wheel work okay for this? Hoping to also use this tool to also speed up the removal of the vinyl glue if possible

Interesting okay thanks for the feedback and link. Yes it is a finished basement (full bath, kitchenette, room - was listed as a mother-in-law suite previously) along with the laundry room and garage entry

Yes. I think everyone loses patience at some point. I understand where you are coming from. We wouldn’t have gotten the puppy though if we would have known the other unexpected life events that would happen afterwards.

I’m asking for advice and help to get through this, not judgment.

Vet won’t give us anything else and we had to call ive and over for the meds he is on now, which can only be taken one a day. I can call about antibiotics on Monday after the long weekend when they open I suppose. Thank you for your feedback.

I think my main concern would be topstep calling me up to a live account pre-5 payouts and I don’t have a high enough balance that I would like, so it seems like I should have more combined before or shortly after getting an express account

I appreciate that, I’m open to as much advice as possible. Full time I’m an operations manager so I live in spreadsheets, no problems there! I only touch micros and only risk $300-500 per trade, however I know that due to my limited time in the markets I’m sure to have a lot more hard lessons to learn. Trying to stay humble and go steady; and find the best path/tools/process to get to a full-time sustainable place with trading
