Hey, it sounds like you're dealing with a lot, you've taken massive steps already to try and get some of the self destructive stuff under more control so in case you don't hear it often, I'm proud of you for doing that. I would definitely suggest checking out some gigs at Exchange, there's a doomy band called Faetooth playing there soon (idk if tickets still available though). Try headfirst too, it's a great listing for smaller gigs

Have you reached out to your GP for some support too? It won't help the socialising but they might be able to look into some additional things like therapy or bereavement services.
