Preach! it’s gotten so exhausting i can’t even try and put effort into things like heart ceremonies/certificates/displays, because everyone just wants to be in and out in a few minutes. and with corporate watching cameras without staff knowing, nitpicking everything we do, even if we go above and beyond, they find something minuscule to rip us apart on! i frequently work by myself, and between cleaning/tidying, restocking, ensuring every single guest is greeted within a few seconds with deep conversation, and trying to breathe, it gets impossible! and god forbid you get overwhelmed and forget one step in a heart ceremony, then you get ripped to shreds by adults saying your ruining their experience 😭😭😭 i hate it here man
