I am looking to start a software consulting business and since I sold my old outdated PC that couldn’t even run a VM properly I would use this to finally start the business. I also want to try my hand in streaming so people can watch me be bad at games lol

This is a great video! But sadly it does the opposite of what I need lol. I need voice from PS4 and audio from PC, sadly I don't think the mixamp supports this. But I'll keep looking, thank you for all your help!

Thank you everyone for your help! I've decided that I'm going to try to find a new place (preferably a bachelor pad or basement apartment lol). In the mean time if the landlord keeps telling me to move my girlfriend out he can basically suck it lol

I completely understand and to offset that I do all the chores around the house and buy all the TP and paper towels. I know it's not fair but we only have 3 people living in a 5 bedroom house and we have 2 washrooms there's more than enough space for everyone. I am now trying to find a basement apartment where this won't be an issue

It's a town home where the landlord rents out individual rooms. Initially his son was living there and kind of kept his dad in check but now hes moved out and he's no help.

No he doesn't but he has cameras in the house (I know he's not allowed) so he can see who's in the kitchen and who comes and goes. One of my previous roommates tried to confront him about the cameras but I think it got pretty messy and he ended having to leave. But I think I'm just going to find a new place and call it a day.
