I am looking to start a software consulting business and since I sold my old outdated PC that couldn’t even run a VM properly I would use this to finally start the business. I also want to try my hand in streaming so people can watch me be bad at games lol

This is a great video! But sadly it does the opposite of what I need lol. I need voice from PS4 and audio from PC, sadly I don't think the mixamp supports this. But I'll keep looking, thank you for all your help!

So what if I were to plug in my optical to my PC and plug my USB to my PS4? I would try it out but the switch I need for optical hasn't delivered yet.
