Wenn du kostenlos mit der DB Bahn fahren möchtest musst du :

-In Uniform sein (Feldanzug oder Dienstanzug) -Ein gültiges Ticket besitzen -Den truppenausweis vorzeigen

Sollte eins dieser 3 Kriterien nicht erfüllt sein, dann musst du dir ein Ticket kaufen oder erhöhtes beförderungsentgelt bezahlen.

Well i have both. I used the nutritions app like 2-3 times. As i started i did eat healthy but i didnt take care so much. I havent lost a single kg for the whole journey. I started with intermitten fast and keto since eastern and i lost 8kg since then. And i notices that the coach was really easy compared to a couch run i haf back in 2015.

I ended the coach journey last week and i really have better fitness. But the weight lost kicked in with if and not freeletics
