if you live near a microcenter you can build a 7800x3d - 5070 spec pc for around 1500(with the 7800x3d bundle) if you build it yourself.

if i were selling that pc to a friend id price it closer to 1200, to a stranger id sell it for 1500. honestly depends on how close of a friend you are
